- Does it cost anything to register?
No, registration is free and a credit card is NOT required to register. You only pay if you win an Item.
- Will you ship an item if I offer to pay shipping?
No we do NOT ship any items. Please plan accordingly when bidding on items.
- What happens if I do not make the scheduled pickup time?
DunnCo locations will email you an invoice and you have till noon the following day to pay.
Affiliate locations will have their own policy on missed pickups (disclosed in the auction terms) and you must speak to the auction manager at those locations.
Items marked as Large Items must be removed during pickup must be picked up during the pickup window. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked and subject to the restocking fee.
Auctions marked with no alternative pick up time must have all items picked up during the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in your account being locked and subject to the restocking fee.
- What is the restocking fee?
The restocking fee is $20 or 30% of your total bid amount (whichever is greater) per auction. DunnCo will send out restocking invoices when your account gets locked. Please allow up to 24 hours after paying your restocking fee for your account to be active.
- If I find an item to be incomplete or damaged when I get home, can I return it?
All sales are final. We do NOT accept any returns after you leave the building.

Please inspect your items prior to leaving the building. Outlets are also available to test Items.
- The item is listed as a C or D item (non refundable) but does not match the item Title; can I return it?
Yes, as long as you have not left the building. If the Item you received does NOT match the item TITLE you are able to get a refund. For example; you bid on a queen bedframe and received a full bedframe. You would be eligible for a refund before you left the building.
- Can I return an item if I do not like it?
No, all items are sold As Is, Where Is, Without Warranties and all sales are final. This is an auction and you agree to purchase the item as stated when you bid. We do NOT allow returns. We only allow refunds for the following 3 circumstances:

Items are Classified as A+ or A and are either Damaged or Used

Items are Classified as B and have Major Damage that was NOT disclosed or are Used

Item does not match the Item Title
- What happens if I put the incorrect amount in my bid? Example I wanted to bid $10.00 but forgot the decimal and bid $1000?
Immediately notify DunnCo at info@DunnCoOnlineAuctions.com. DunnCo will have the sole discretion over how or if this error will be corrected. Please allow up to 24 hours a response. We are NOT able to make any adjustments (and bids will NOT be reversed) after the auction closes. If the mistake is made while the auction is closing, the bid will stand as entered.
- I see an item I am interested in that is marked as B (may have minor dents, scratches or defects), C or D (non refundable); am I able to view the item before bidding?
Most auctions will have a preview time. Please be sure to stop in during the preview dates and times to view items prior to bidding. If an auction is unable to have a preview time or you missed the preview time; please email the auctioneer with any questions you may have.
- I am buying Item as a gift and box quality is important; can I get a refund if the box is damaged?
We list all Items according to the quality of the ITEM not the box. The only condition that speaks on box quality is A+. There will be no refund based on box quality unless the item is listed as A+ and has major box damage.
